Despite the lack of Blog entries Kudo has been busy designing and developing a number of websites for Cornish based organisations as well as some further afield. If you are interested in seeing examples of our work please see the case studies page on this website.

There are other reasons why all has been quiet with Kudo over the last few month - exciting news is on the way - all will be revealed in due course.

2 new websites for clients within in Cornwall are due to be launched in the next few weeks.  As per Kudo's web design workflow clients were provided with 3 web designs one of which was a wildcard - something a bit different to the bog standard website. With the 2 websites that are about to be launched both clients went with the wildcard design. This is a really exciting time for Kudo as it we will be able to demonstrate how we are cutting edge when it comes to web design ideas.

A few weeks ago we published blog entry on the search engine optimisation efforts of our in-house SEO team in placing Kudo on the 1st page of Google for the keyphrase "Web Design Cornwall".  Well, they've done it!

According to our leading SEO analyst "When it comes down to it, SEO is all about well-focussed hard work. You can easily waste a lot of effort when it comes down to optimising a web page so that search engines find and index it well. However, if you focus your energies on the right SEO factors you can reap the rewards!"

So, now we are on page 1 of Google, we can now look for an answer to the question posed in the previous post - are the people searching for "web design cornwall" web designers and web design companies looking to see where they are indexed or are they prospective clients?

We'll see.

We haven't blogged for a couple of weeks due to getting our heads into the current workload - since the New Year we have launched 3 websites (web design and development work from end of last year), and have been working on 2 new ones. On top of this Craig has been away at Bournemouth running eye tracking workshops. In the next few days we will look to update the web design case studies section with details of our latest launched websites.

As the Scrum Masters in Kudo's Agile Consultancy Group would continue to remind us, it is important to retrospect, to look back at our successes (and failures) and learn from them.  So, with Kudo being less than a year old it is amazing to look back at 2010 and celebrate what has been achieved so far - 10 web design solutions for clients located in and outside Cornwall with 5 star feedback! Also, Kudo's Agile/Scrum Consultancy established little over a month ago and is already receiving great feedback on services offerred.

We should also take time at the turn of the year to look forward - I believe Sally-Anne Freudenberg call's this Futurespecting.

So, what is in store for 2011 for Kudo? Well, we can't let on just yet - but watch this space to find out.
